ADM passes away after cardiac arrest
ADM Nainital Jastwant Singh Rathore passed away here today following a heart attack.
He was 45.
Rathore was found dead when his domestic help went to wake him up in the morning, family sources said.
He was posted as ADM Nainital three months back.
SSP Janmejay Khanduri, CDO Preach Chandra, SP City Harish Sati, CO Vijay Thapa were among those who mourned the officer's untimely death.
Rathore is survived by two daughters and a son. His wife is a teacher in Baheri, UP.
His last rites will be held at Haridwar where he hails from.
