Indian ace Pankaj Advani kept himself in line for a double as he topped the group A table to storm into the last 32 of the senior National Snooker Championship at the Bengal Rowing Club today.
Advani, who won the senior National billiards Saturday, carried his sublime form into his pet snooker event as he thrashed Akshay Kumar, Sukumar Barman, Ankit Kariwala and Assem Arora by identical scoreline of 3-0 to top group A table.
Meanwhile, Arantxa Sanchis of Maharashtra set up final clash against her state matre Meenal Thakur in the women's billiards event.
