AP: college principal killed in accident in Chittoor district

The principal of a private college died and 12 others including some staff members were injured after a lorry collided with the bus in which they were travelling in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh today.

The incident occurred near Madanpalle bypass road, police said.

The deceased was identified as Mohd Shareef (47), principal of a BEd college.

"The lorry collided with the bus which was going to Tirupati. Among the injured, the condition of two persons, one of them a student, is serious," Madanpalle DSP Raghav Reddy said.
