Ashok Chandana is Rajasthan Youth Congress President

Ashok Chandana was today elected as the president of Youth Congress in Rajasthan.

Chandana, who received 5,111 votes, defeated his nearest rival Rajpal Sharma by 609 votes in the organisational polls.

Sharma, who is the younger brother of Minister of State for Health Rajkumar Sharma, became Vice President while the second runner up Hanuman Meena became general secretary.

The voting took place last week and the counting was taken up today.
