All State Kashmiri Pandit Conference has alleged that the recent detention of the two community leaders was in violation of the fundamental rights and warned the state government for interfering in religious activities of Kashmiri Pandits.
"Detention of All Parties Migrants Co-ordination Committee's (APMCC) two leaders by State Administration, at Ramsoo on April 16 violated their fundamental right of freedom of movement," ASKPC president Hira Lal Chatta said yesterday.
"We warn the government for interfering in the free movement and religious activities of Kashmiri Pandits by succumbing to the pressure of communal forces active in political and administrative circles of the state," he added.

APMCC Chairman Vinod Pandit along with party spokesperson, King C Bharti, were detained by the police after they were reportedly moving towards the newly discovered cave shrine of Lord Shiva in Banihal area of district Ramban.
However, APMCC said that both Pandit and Bharti were going to Kashmir valley and had no intention of visiting the newly found shrine.
"Community will not tolerate such pressure tactics of the government," Chatta said.
ASKPC Vice President R K Raina asked the government to remove the restriction from cave immediately and allow free movement of Hindus to pay obeisance to Lord Shiva.
