A five-member delegation from Adelaide Municipal Corporation in Australia today met North Delhi Mayor Ravinder Gupta at the Civic Centre here and exchanged views on various services, including solid waste management.
The delegation was lead by councilor and former Deputy Mayor of Adelaide, Natsha Gilani.
On the occasion, Gupta told the delegation about the process of solid waste management adopted by the corporation, a senior NDMC official said.
The delegation also exchanged views on green waste management and building waste and construction.
Gupta added that if any process adopted by Adelaide seemed useful, it would also be adopted by NDMC.
