Bajra prices edged higher by Rs 10 per quintal in an otherwise steady wholesale grains market today on pick up in demand from consuming industries.
However, other grains after moving in a narrow range on scattered deals, settled at last levels.
Traders said beside pick up in demand from consuming industries, restricted supplies from producing belts mainly led to the rise in bajra prices.

In the national capital, bajra inched up by Rs 10 to Rs 1,250-1,255 per quintal.
