Two wheels in the engine rake of the Bhubaneswar-New Delhi Rajdhani Express jumped tracks at Tatanagar station today.

Area Railway Manager of Tatanagar, Vinit Gupta, said there was no immediate report of any passenger suffering injury or damage to the train in the incident that took place at 3.55 PM.

Two wheels of the train slipped the tracks when it was crossing the Tatanagar station under Chakradharpur division of South Eastern Railway.

Gupta said the engine was replaced whereupon the train left on its onward journey after about an hour.

Gupta said that railway authorities will likely order a probe into the mishap soon.
