AIUDF President Badruddin Ajmal today termed the Bihar election results as "victory of secularism and defeat of communal and divisive forces".
"The results clearly prove that the BJP is a communal party and the people of the country have now realised its true character," Ajmal said in a statement.
He congratulated the Nitish Kumar-led grand alliance for defeating the BJP and wished them success in their next term in office.

In Assam too, the people realised that the BJP had made false promises and would give them a befitting reply in the forthcoming 2016 Assembly polls in the state, which was a land of many tribes and communties and where there was no place for politics of divide, the Dhubri MP claimed.
