BJP today organised a car rally in the national capital to reach out to voters here ahead of the Lok Sabha elections.

Addressing the rally, Delhi BJP chief Vijay Goel said the party will also organise a "tea party" here on February 10 to garner support for its prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi.

Goel flagged off the car rally, organised by BJP's Chartered Accountant cell here, at 9 AM from National Victor School at Patparganj in east Delhi.

The rally ended at the same spot at 3 PM.

"There has been overwhelming support from all sections of society for Narendra Modi as witnessed in this car rally.

"Now, the Delhi BJP is organising the biggest tea party ever held in history of Delhi. It will be attended by more than 10,000 people at 10 AM on February 10 at Bara Tooti Chowk here," Goel said.

"All these events have one common message...To convey to the voters about BJP's philosophy," Goel said.

BJP has been organising 'NaMo tea parties' over the last few weeks to increase Modi's popularity in the city by cashing in on his background.
