The order came after Suraj's advocate Vishal Gupta contended that both the electronic and print media had flashed Suraj Sehrawat's photo and there was no logic now to conduct an identification parade.

While dismissing police's plea on identification parade, the court also directed both the parties not to share information related to the investigation with the media.

The court also directed Sehrawat to cooperate with the investigation being conducted by the police and ordered that his blood sample, clothes and other relevant goods of Suraj can be sought by the police.

The court had yesterday initially granted permission to Gurgaon Police to carry out the identification parade but later it held the order in abeyance following a plea for review by Sehrawat's counsel.

A pregnant woman, Kshama Chopra, and the driver of her car died on the spot when the speeding BMW hit a Tata Indigo they were travelling in on May 5 near IFFCO Chowk here. Three others in the car including her parents and husband were seriously injured.
