Boiler explosion kills one

A worker was killed and another one was injured in a boiler explosion at a rice mill located in GIDC in Mujpur near Savli on the city outskirt today, police said.

The deceased was identified as Arvind Ninama (35) of Kaboi village of Dohad district. The injured Dalbhai has been admitted to Janmotri Hospital at Savli, Mohammed Khan, constable at Bhadarva police station said.

"The deceased and the injured were hit by the splinters of the hot boiler after it exploded," he said.

Further investigation is on.
