BSP worker shot dead

by unidentified assailants here, police said today.

BSP worker Suresh Chaurasia (40) had gone to have tea at a local stall in Kotwari village when he was shot dead last night.

Local BSP MLA Uma Shankar Singh said Chaurasia's murder was yet another example of the "dismal" law and order situation in the state.
