BU Controller of Examinations suspended

Bharathiyar University Controller of Examinations Dr C R Gladys Leema Rose was today suspended for the alleged irregularities in the sale of semester examinations papers.

Based on the complaint of irregularities, University Syndicate had formed a sub committee to look into the issue and pending inquiry, the controller has been placed under suspension, official sources said.

Though the value of the sold papers was yet to be estimated, it could be in a few lakhs the sources said.
