BYPM activists burn effigy of Rahul

Members of Bhartiya Janata Party Yuva Morcha today took out a procession and burnt effigy of Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi here.

The BJYM members led by general secretary Abhijat Mishra filed a complaint at Hazratganj police station against Rahul supporting those raising anti-national slogans at JNU.

Rahul had accused NDA government of "suppressing" students' voice when he visited the JNU campus to express solidarity with them, a day after the arrest of its students' union president Kanhaiya Kumar in a sedition case.
