Carly Rae Jepsen drops new song

Singer Carly Rae Jepsen has launched her new song, titled "Cut to the Feeling."

The 31-year-old released the number, which will be a part of the soundtrack for the movie "Leap!" releasing in August, reported E! online.

The song has some major '80s-pop feel and the lyrics are, "I wanna cut through the clouds, break the ceiling/ I wanna dance on the roof, you and me alone/ I wanna cut to the feeling, oh yeah!"

Fans have given a thumbs up to the song.
