The Hindustan Chamber of Commerce today welcomed the Tamil Nadu government's initiatives for development of micro, small and medium enterprises, saying these would make the sector "more vibrant".
While the MSME sector would become "more vibrant" due to the initiatives announced recently, a collective support from all departments would further make it "an attrative destination for foreign direct investments", chamber President N Mahaveerchand Dugar said.
"Realistically, we can see some changes in the coming years," he said.
Chief Minister K Palaniswami had announced in the state assembly a slew of measures, including setting up of an agency for the MSME sector to attract foreign investments.
