Sikkim Chief Minister Pawan Chamling has expressed his deep condolences on the sudden demise of Justice Radha Krushna Patra, the former Chief Justice of Sikkim High Court.
Patra who was probing the multi-crore chitfund scam in Odisha died today at the S C B Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack following a brief illness.
In his condolence message, the Chief Minister said that the passing away of Justice Patra is an irreparable loss to the state and the void created by him will never be filled.
The Chief Minister also remembered late Justice Patra as a highly respectable person with high professional ideals.
The Chief Minister wished that the family and near ones of the respected Late Justice Patra would find strength in this hour of bereavement.
