Accusing the Delhi government of violating all laid down norms and procedures, Congress today alleged that Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is appointing AAP's volunteers in the city government's administration.
DPCC chief spokesperson Sharmistha Mukherjee said that recent appointments of Standing Counsels at the Delhi High Court were in "blatant violation" of laid down norms and procedures.
"Appointments exposed the lies of Kejriwal as his moralistic stance on honesty and transparency, stand totally exposed," she alleged.

The Congress leader also sought explanation from the government on the issue.
"The opening lines of Kejriwal's 70-point election manifesto were Aam Aadmi Party will form a government that is transparent. But the recent appointments of Rahul Mehra, spokesperson of the AAP, and Raman Duggal as chief representatives of the Delhi government for criminal and civil cases, respectively, in Delhi High Court, were clear cases of cronyism," she said.
She also questioned the basis and purpose of appointing 21 Parliamentary Secretaries from among AAP MLAs with all alleged perks and privileges like plush offices and cars, which was in violation of AAP's claim of transparency and honesty in governance.
