Copper prices edged up by Rs 2 per kg at the non-ferrous metal market today on pick up in demand from consuming industries.
However, other base metals moved in a narrow range in limited deals and settled around previous levels.
Traders said increased demand from consuming industries amid a firm global trend mainly attributed to rise in copper prices.
