Courtney Love has been sued by celebrity biographer Anthony Bozza, who filed a breach of contract lawsuit against the rocker.
Bozza in his lawsuit claimed that Love, 50, owes him an additional USD 200,000, reported TMZ.
The lawsuit claimed that Bozza was paid USD 100,000 for a manuscript but their deal called for the additional USD 200,000.
It also claimed that Bozza was never officially fired but only notified via a text from Love that she was "fixing" the book.
Bozza said that Love told him a new writer had been hired to rework his version.
Bozza formerly co-written autobiographical books with rockers Slash and Tommy Lee and comedians Tracy Morgan and Artie Lange
He also authored a book about rapper Eminem that was critically acclaimed.
