Communist Party of India (Marxist) will organise a public meeting here tomorrow to mark the conclusion of the 21st congress of the party that is underway in this port city.
Ahead of the gathering, a rally will be taken out from from RTC Complex to Raamakrishna Beach, Andhra Pradesh Secretary of the party P Madhu told PTI today.
CPI(M) General Secretary Prakash Karat, Polit Bureau member Brinda Karat and Tripura Chief Minister Manik Sarkar, among others, will address the gathering.

Meanwhile, police have made elaborate security arrangements for the twin events.
Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (Special Branch) P V Ravi Kumar said as many as 500 personnel will be on duty.
