A CRPF sub-inspector was today arrested for allegedly passing lewd comments and misbehaving with a woman and her daughter in West Midnapore district today, police said.
Superintendent of Police West Midnapore, Bharati Ghosh, said CRPF SI Krishna Kumar Sur was arrested from Baliachak area of the district for allegedly misbehaving and passing lewd comments.
Ghosh said Sur, a native of Goalgeria village of the district was posted in Jammu and Kashmir and was home on leave.
