Press Trust of India New Delhi
Crude palm oil prices drifted by 0.35 per cent to Rs 445.10 per 10 kg in futures trade today as speculators offloaded positions amid low demand in physical markets against adequate stocks.

At the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude palm oil for delivery in June shed Rs 1.60 or 0.35 per cent, to Rs 445.10 per 10 kg in a business turnover of 263 lots.

Also, the oil for delivery in May traded lower by Rs 1.40, or 0.31 per cent, to Rs 448.30 per 10 kg in 74 lots.

Market analysts said offloading of positions by speculators and subdued demand in the spot market against adequate stocks mainly led to the fall in crude palm oil futures.
