Cyberabad police conducts cordon and search operation

The Cyberabad police conducted a massive cordon and search operation at Rajendranagar area here today and detained 40 persons including rowdy sheeters, suspects and ex-offenders for questioning, it was officially announced.

The operation was conducted at Rajendranagar from 3 am to 6 am, to check criminal activities and to locate criminals as well as suspects was conducted, a Cyberabad police release said.

About 500 houses were searched, while 50 motorcycles and ten autorickshaws were identified without proper documents, the release said.
