Dasna jail prisoner flees from hospital

A prisoner, who was lodged in Dasna Jail in a dowry death case, today fled from MMG district hospital here.
The prisoner, Sajid, who was admitted in the hospital on July 21 for tuberculosis treatment, fled this morning, Dasna Jail superintendent Briesh Raj Sharma said.
Sajid was lodged in the jail in a dowry death case on May 15 this year.
Two constables, Lalaram and Chanderbhan, who were escorting him, have been booked and a search is on to nab the prisoner, police said.
