The Deputy Commandant & Chief Instructor's parade was conducted today at the historic Chetwode drill square of the Indian Military Academy here with 565 Indian and 45 foreign gentlemen cadets participating in the drill.
Reviewing the parade, Maj Gen Mandip Singh, who has recently taken over as IMA's DC & CI, complimented the cadets of the passing out course for the enthusiasm and vigour they displayed during the drill.
The faculty's efforts and the GC's hard work reflected in their "crisp and coordinated movements", he said.
Maj Gen Singh said he was confident that the standards will further improve as the esteemed institution braces for the final passing out parade slated for June 11.
