DD Urdu Channel increases news bulletins

Doordarshan has increased the number of news bulletins in its Urdu Channel.

"This is to cater to the vast urdu speaking population living in different parts of India", a Prasar Bharati official said adding news scrolls are also updated on this channel.

There are now a total of ten bulletins that begin at 6 AM with the last bulletin at 12 PM.

Besides five minute news bulletins, the channel is also broadcasting two 30 minute news bulletins.

Detail of the time Schedule of Urdu Bulletins to be telecast on DD Urdu Channel are as follows: 1). 6.00 am to 6.05 am
 

2). 8.00 am to 8.05 am

3). 9.30 am to 10.00 am

4). 11.00 am to 11.05 am

5). 1.00 pm to 1.05 pm

6). 3.00 pm to 3.05 pm

7). 5.00 pm to 5.15 pm

8). 7.30 pm to 7.35 pm

9). 9.00 pm to 9.30 pm

10). 12.00 pm to 00.
