The newly elected BJP government in Haryana is "reviewing" the decisions taken during the previous Bhupinder Singh Hooda dispensation in the state, Finance Minister Abhimanyu said today.

"The decisions taken during the tenure of previous government are being reviewed," he said here.

"Only those decisions that serve public interest will be implemented," he said.

"It (Manohar Lal Khattar government) is working overtime to review the decisions of the previous government so that an early decision could be taken on them," a statement quoting the minister said.

The Hooda government came under sharp criticism over certain decisions, including land deals, Change of Land Use (CLU) and recruitments made through service selection boards in the state.

The Finance Minister said the state government has received complaints regarding irregularities in government jobs, but no decision would be taken with a vindictive mind.

He said that if that was the intention of the state government, then all the decisions of the previous government would have been scrapped without reviewing them.

The BJP Government would consider the suggestions of all before taking any decision, he added.
