Senior officials from Delaware and other states in the US today expressed interest in working with Telangana in skill development and other areas.
They also discussed the opportunities for investment and business in Telangana with state IT and Industries Minister K T Rama Rao, a government release said.
Rao explained the state's industrial policy to the visiting delegation.
Telangana topped the rankings in Ease of Doing Business and Hyderabad is home to several top IT companies, he said.
Rao enquired about the steps for infrastructure development in urban areas and sought investments into the sector, the release said.
