Delhi BJP workers take out protest march near Vidhan Sabha

The Delhi BJP workers today took out a protest march near the Vidhan Sabha here alleging "corruption" in the AAP government.

The protesters including Leader of Opposition in Delhi Assembly Vijender Gupta were stopped en route Vidhan Sabha, at a barricade erected by the police.

The Delhi Assembly was is session today to pass the state GST Bill.

Addressing the protesters Delhi BJP vice president Rajiv Babbar alleged a "scam" in Delhi government's Health department.

"The latest exposure of Rs 300 crore scam of Health department that includes corruption in purchase of medicines has shamed and shocked the citizen of Delhi," he said.
 

The protesters demanded the Lt Governor for an enquiry into the "scam".
