DJB staffer shot dead

A Delhi Jal Board staffer was

allegedly shot dead by unknown assailants in the Loni area here, police said.

According to police, the victim, identified as one Satish, was last night shot dead outside his residence by two unknown motorbike-borne assailants.

Inspector Virendra Yadav said that it was not immediately clear as to what had motivated the attack. He added that a complaint has been registered in this regard and a search launched to find the accused.
