DMDK MLA arrested for staging road roko

DMDK MLA Arul Selvan and several others were today arrested for blocking road traffic as part of a protest against the state government in Manalmedu area near Mayiladuthurai this morning.

Police said the MLA was condemning the AIADMK government for "failure" to implement the important projects promised by it in the District.
