Drug peddler arrested, heroin worth Rs 7.5 seized
Police today arrested an alleged drug peddler and seized 15 gram heroin, worth Rs 7.5 lakh, from his possession.
The peddler, identified as Sukhwinder Singh, was arrested near Wazidowal village, police said.
The accused, a resident of Panj Mandiri in Mehligate locality, has been booked under relevant sections of the NDPS Act, they added.
