DSP's son falls to death from second floor

The 27-year-old son of a DSP today died after he slipped and fell from the second floor of a lodge here, police said.

Arun had returned after attending a temple festival at Tiruchirappalli and was sitting on the parapet well in the wee hours when he fell down.

He died on the spot following head injuries, police said.

His father DSP Somasundaram is attached to the Tirupur Land grabbing cell.
