EAM Swaraj holds talks with Congolese counterpart

External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj today held talks with her Congolese counterpart Leonard She Okitundu and discussed ways to strengthen bilateral ties with the African nation.

Okitundu also handed over a letter by his President Joseph Kabila Kabange addressed to Prime Minister Modi.
