Singer Ed Sheeran said he dropped around 20 kg after he followed a fitness mantra, he now swears by.
The 25-year-old British musician said he achieved such miraculous results by working out for only 10 minutes in a day, reported Mirror.
"The key is to not miss a day, so you don't have to do an hour," he said.

"I stopped touring and carried on my diet of pizza and beer. Suddenly I didn't fit in anything. I was like, 'All my clothes have shrunk'," the singer said.
