Emily Ratajkowski said performing for her parents during childhood made her fall in love with acting.
The 26-year-old actor has starred in a number of Hollywood movies, including 2014 film "Gone Girl", in which she starred alongside Ben Affleck.
Speaking to Stylist magazine, Ratajkowski said, "I remember being on the second floor of a West End theatre watching 'Les Miserables' through the balcony. Being an only child, I only had my parents to play with, and the best way for me to do that was to perform for them.
"That was a huge part of why I wanted to become an actress. 'Cats' was the coolest thing to me, ever," Ratajkowski said.
