Emu chicks released in Indira Gandhi Park Zoo

Six EMU chicks have been released into the open cage for public viewing in the Indira Gandhi Park Zoo maintained by the Horticulture Department of Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP).
The Emus were released into the zoo yesterday, RSP sources said.
Emu is the largest bird native to Australia and the second largest bird in the world by height after the Ostrich.
Presently, IG Park Zoo is having ten Emus including four adults and six chicks, sources added.
