A eleventh standard girl student was admitted to the Government hospital here with stab injuries inflicted by a youth because she rejected his love proposal, police said.
Praveen Kumar stabbed the girl, when she was walking towards the bus stand from the Government Higher Secondary school on her way back home.
Earlier the girl had warned him and reprimanded him when he pestered her to love him. The enraged by the rejection the youth had stabbed her in her arm and sped away, police said.
