Farmer drowns in agricultural pond

A 28-year-old farmer, resident of Shah village in Sinnar tehsil of the district, drowned in a farm pond today, police said.

Tushar Raosaheb Jadhav, the farmer, was installing a water pump in the pond when the incident took place, police said.

Wavi police registered a case and further probe was on.
