Fire breaks out in mosque, no casualty

A fire today broke out in a mosque near Nowhatta locality here, police said.

The blaze caused minor damage to the mosque located at Takia area here, a police spokesman said.

He said Fire tenders and police brought the blaze under control after hours of intense fire-fighting operation.

No one was injured in the fire, police said, adding, the cause of the fire was yet to be ascertained.
