Fishermen proteste
The fishermen of 18 fishing
hamlets in this district today picketed the Tuticorin Port Office seeking release of seven fishermen from Tireshpuram arrested by the Sri Lankan Naval men recently.
The members of the Tuticorin fishermen community also boycotted fishing.
