Five criminals arrested in Noida

Police today claimed to have busted two gangs with the arrest of two auto thieves, two robbers and one mining mafia from different areas of the district.

Two auto thieves, identified as Neeraj Yadav and Muntzaz, were arrested by Jarcha police last night.

Upon interrogation the accused revealed they were members of a gang of auto thieves, police said adding one stolen motorcycle was recovered from them.

Sector 20 police arrested two robbers, identified as Rizvan and Ranjit, from Gulmohar market sector 15 and recovered robbed goods from them.

The arrested accused revealed they have committed over 200 robberies in and around Noida, police said.
 

One mining mafia identified as Sita Ram was arrested by Noida Phase 2 police from Wazidpur area, they said adding one JCB machine, one dumper and one Tata Safari was recovered from him.
