Five injured as SUV rams into a truck

Five persons were seriously injured when the SUV they were travelling in rammed into a stationary truck in Sonbarsa, police said here today.

The collision took place late last night on a four-lane highway in Sonbarsa under Chauri-Chaura police station in the district, they said.

The injured have been admitted to BRD Medical College Hospital here, the police said.

The SUV was bringing a patient from Gopalganj in Bihar to Gorakhpur for treatment.
