Four of a family die in road accident

Four members of a family were killed when the car in which they were travelling in had a head-on collision with another vehicle at Station Ghanapur mandal headquarters in the district this morning, police said.

K Bhaskar and his family members from Bheenaran village on the outskirts of Warangal, were going to Hyderabad in their car when the van coming from the opposite direction ran into their vehicle at around 7 AM, police said.

Bhaskar, his wife K Pushpalatha, daughter Hema and son Gopi died on the spot, they said, adding that their bodies were taken to MGM Hospital for post-mortem.
 

Further investigation is on, police said.
