Gehlot denounces acid attack on Jodhpur girl

Former Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot today condemned the acid attack on a 20-year-old girl student here and blamed Vasundhra Raje-led BJP government for deteriorating law and order situation in the state.

Gehlot demanded immediate arrest of the accused and better medical treatment to the victim.

The girl, a student of Maulana Azad Teachers' Training College, had suffered injuries on her back and neck when two unidentified bike-borne assailants threw acid on her.
