Greenlam Industries today reported a net profit of Rs 4.71 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2015.
The company, engaged in surface decor business, got listed on NSE and BSE in March this year.
Greenlam Industries' net sales in the quarter under review stood at Rs 218.36 crore.
For the full year ended March 31, 2015, the company reported net profit of Rs 26.61 crore on net sales of Rs 804.04 crore.
In a separate filing, Greenlam Industries said its Board of Directors have recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.50 per equity share.
Shares of Greenlam Industries were trading at Rs 428.80 apiece in late afternoon trade, up 5.75 per cent from previous close on BSE.
