The wholesale gur (jaggery) market settled flat in the national capital today with prices by and large after moving both ways on alternate bout of buying and selling, ended at last levels.
Muzaffarnagar and Muradnagar gur markets also depicted a similar trend for want of support.
Marketmen said scattered demand along with adequate stocks in the market mainly kept gur prices at last levels.
Following are today's rates (in Rs per quintal):
Gur chakku Rs 2,800-2,900, pedi Rs 2,700-2,800, dhayya Rs 2,900-3,000 and shakkar Rs 3,200-3,300.
Muzaffarnagar: Rasket Rs 2,100-2,150, chakku Rs 2,250-2,525, khurpa Rs 2,250-2,350 and Ladoo Rs 2,450- 2,550.
Muradnagar: Pedi Rs 2,400-2,600 and dhayya Rs 2,600-2700.
