The first day care centre in Haryana for patients of haemophilia has been inaugurated by State Council for Child Welfare Vice-President and the wife of Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda, Asha Hooda.
The facility was opened at the district's Badshah Khan Hospital.
Speaking on the occasion, Asha Hooda said that greater awareness was required in society to help in the fight against haemophilia.
She earlier also inaugurated a 24/7 haemophilia helpline number -- 8130097213.
